This mixed-use project features three buildings, including a striking 36-storey tower that will be the area’s tallest structure. The three buildings are designed to have individual identities yet be linked by a shared palette of materials and detailing.

The development contains more than 300 residences (200 private and 107 affordable units), along with desirable amenities such as a spa, residents’ lounge, retail space, and a public courtyard. A restaurant occupies the ground level, which will spill out toward the water’s edge.

The tower incorporates an innovative curtain wall featuring glass channels set within a ventilated cavity, allowing full-height glazing to maximise views over London without compromising the project’s sustainable credentials. Full-width terraces are provided at the upper levels of the tower. Apartments facing City Road Basin also incorporate generous balconies that will offer views of the water.
