Bespoke Design
Our design capabilities and flexibility set us apart, and with all our balconies and steelwork being manufactured in-house, we offer designs that are completely flexible and unrestricted. Our involvement begins at design stage or earlier in concept. Meeting our clients’ specific needs is essential for the success of a project, so we work hard to build successful relationships early in the pre-construction phase.
A dedicated pre-construction manager will be assigned to your project, who will meet with you in order to understand both the specific requirements and challenges that need to be overcome to provide a bespoke solution for your project.
Project Management
We will allocate a Project Manager to every project, to ensure you have one point of contact throughout the whole process. They will be responsible for all communications and co-ordination including logistics, labour and final handover of the completed project.
Off-Site Manufacturing
Off-site construction is crucial for contractors to be able to build the sheer volume of homes required to fulfil our country’s housing needs which cannot be done through traditional methods. This is never more important than in London, where congestion, access issues, and tight delivery slots compound already demanding schedules.
Your project will be designed, engineered, fabricated, and assembled off-site, delivering to the construction location as and when required. Such off-site operations better control quality, will reduce time and trades on-site, keeping project timelines to a minimum. We manufacture modular balconies as well as other structural & architectural steelwork, all fabricated in clean factory conditions in our purpose-built manufacturing facility in North East Lincolnshire.
Fabrication & Finishing
The most common ways of protecting steelwork are hot-dip galvanising, hot zinc spraying, applying primer, undercoat and paint finishes. We offer these solutions, dependent on the product and usage:
- Hot-dip galvanising
- Hot zinc spraying
- Powder coating
Capacity & Storage
We tend to work for clients where the project value is between £500,000 and £5,000,000. While most of our work is in around London Brooksby install all over the UK.
In addition to the fabrication shop, we have an assembly site just a mile away in Scunthorpe, which has large and secure yards, where we both assemble and store all our finished components, ready for delivery as project programmes require.
Logistics & Transport
To successfully achieve delivery dates, we carefully plan, manufacture and install all projects. We also pre-assemble and protect everything to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
We use FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) accredited haulers. This proves commitment to good practice in all aspects of the business, including road safety, efficiency, sustainability, and other environmental issues.
Installation
When it comes to installation, we offer unrivalled assistance throughout the whole process. Every project is overseen by one of our Project Managers, and we will provide a dedicated on-site Install Manager or Supervisor to ensure the entire duration of installation is snag-free.
