Simon joined Brooksby back in 1991 after having built up a number of years prior experience in heavy fabrication. Throughout his time at Brooksby, Simon has progressed from working on the shop floor all the way up to Managing Director. Having built up a wealth of hands-on experience as a fabricator and installer, Simon's passion is to solve client challenges and delivering quality solutions for them.
After studying, Bruce built up industry experience working with an electrical subcontractor, before joining Brooksby in 1994. During Bruce's time at Brooksby, he has worked in the workshop as well as on site, building up over a decade of experience in metalwork installation, and helped develop a wealth of industry knowledge and insight. With a passion for design, Bruce moved across into the design office, before being in his current role as Treadform Specialist.
Brian is one of the newest members of the Brooksby team, taking on the role of Senior Contracts Manager at the end of last year. Brian has brought over two decades' of experience to the role, having previously worked in both steelwork and construction roles in the UK and internationally. Brian's passion: Having autonomy in a role that carries a high level of responsibility to deliver a project through to completion.
After completing her studies in maths and accounting, Louise joined the company back in 1996. During her time at Brooksby, Louise has built up a wealth of experience in customer service as well as finance, and started her current role of Finance Manager in 2013. Her passion for problem solving and her attention to detail means she loves the diversity in her job, and gets great satisfaction in empowering colleagues to make strategic decisions, find greater opportunities and make process improvements.
Amos joined Brooksby in 2017 to support marketing activity; connecting with contractors and architects across the construction sector and ensuring they are aware of the value Brooksby can bring to projects through the companies off-site manufacturing capacities. Amos initially trained in Management Accounting and has worked in both finance and marketing roles. Amos's passion: Finding out problems faced by construction clients, analysing market trends and speaking with designers.
Steve joined the Brooksby team back in 2011 and initially worked in Marketing and Sales Management, before taking on his current role. Steve's background has seen him work in many associated trades throughout his career, so possesses a wealth of experience in the construction industry. Steve's passion: In his current role, Steve is passionate about developing dependable supply sources and purchasing all materials to the Company’s exact business requirements, at competitive rates, within budget and ensuring suppliers deliveries can be made within build programmes.
Costin's background is firmly routed in design. With a degree in both Design and Architecture, Costin began his career as a Senior Architect Assistant for a multinational real estate developer in Romania.
Moving to the UK, Costin embarked on a role as a Draughtsman for a specialist metalwork fabricator, working on various value contracts - and providing the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge of UK building regulations and design requirements. Soon after, Costin was promoted to a leading management position within the organisation.
With architectural experience, Costin is well aware of the design vision and how to get there. This combined with experience within steel fabrication means he understands the need to meet design requirements, in a time and cost effective manner whilst retaining the project vision. His passion lies design and resolving intricate issues that may occur throughout the design process.
After completing his apprenticeship, Richard joined the company 19 years ago as a welder. Building up years of experience in the workshop, Richard has been in his current role for the last 5 years. The diverse nature of the job - working day to day with suppliers, transport, as well as colleagues and clients on site and in the workshop - and the daily challenges that this brings is something that Richard loves about his role.
Ross joined us in January 2019, and was thrilled to become part of a successful, enthusiastic & passionate team. Prior to his role at Brooksby, Ross has worked in the construction industry for four years, previously selling excavator buckets to high-end excavator manufacturers and their sub dealers, which has enabled Ross to develop a great understanding of how the construction industry works. Ross is passionate about delivering a product that gives the client confidence in both the quality and service that we provide.
Garth's journey at Brooksby began in April 2018 after previously working for 5 years in the underfloor heating industry as a Sales Account Manager. Interestingly, Garth worked with many of the same clients as now. Garth's passion: Health and safety, as well as providing exemplary customer service and producing a high-quality product that exceeds customer expectations.

Dan joined the Brooksby team in December 2019, taking on the role of Senior Project Manager. Daniel has worked in the Architectural Metalwork industry over the last 13 years and has worked on several iconic projects. Daniel enjoys having overall responsibility of projects and delivering them to completion.
Kumbha joined Brooksby in May 2018 after working for a structural contractor for the last 4 years. Kumbha has a degree in engineering and her passion as a project manager is to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver projects within programme and budget.
Heidi joined the Treadform team in December 2019, assisting Bruce with enquiries and sales. She is very passionate about providing solutions for customers requirements and building strong ongoing relationships with clients. Heidi provides attention to detail on every Treadform project - from the initial enquiry through to completion on site.
