Scope
Design, fabrication and installation of:
- Over 1,600 linear metres of mild steel balustrade, galvanised, powder coated and installed to concrete balconies.
- 550 linear metres of top-fixed mild steel balustrade to terraces and walkways, incorporating first-fix bracket elements.
- Mild steel vertical bar Juliette balustrades designed and installed to enhance both safety and aesthetics.
- Approximately 5,500 m² of perforated soffits to balconies, incorporating insulation to the superstore location.
- Glazed privacy screens to balconies, combining functionality with a refined architectural finish.
- Aluminium copings to parapets, providing a durable and weather-resistant solution.

For the prestigious Wimbledon Grounds residential development with Galliard Homes, our team delivered a complete design, fabrication and installation package of specialist architectural metalwork.
