Redevelopment to provide a residential-led, mixed use development comprising between 1,100 and 1,200 housing units, 460-700 square metres of office uses, 370-700 square metres of retail/financial and professional service uses and 190-550 square metres of restaurant/cafe/drinking establishment uses, following demolition of existing structures.
